ATD LINES has done significant research and development on "RAILWAY COMMUNITY BUSINESS IMPROVEMENTS" for Railway Corporate, Government, Military and Rail Line Community Business Improvements of Transportation Services for NATIONAL RAILWAY BUSINESS CAR SERVICES "Coach Yard Registry" at Auburn, Washington and other rail lines community coach yard development in Washington State. Railway Business Transportation Alternative access routes and coach yard development has been a major priority for near future implementation of Railway Business Car Services and specialized transportation business services, offering speaker services to openly provide vital information and discussion on railway improvement for Auburn, Washington, including City of Auburn's Tactical Aggression Opposition to railway business improvements.

In the last 9 years ATD LINES has been testifying before National Rail Lines Community City Governments, involved or planning Rail Transportation Improvements and Federal Agency Communications and Research on railroads improvements for Railway Business Services and Coach Yard Development, participating in open discussion, with City and Town Mayor's or Planning Directors, including public comments on "Various Transportation Issues" , as a guest on NRPC Trains and discussion with, Seattle and King County representatives having interest in Railway Improvements and Project Developments, offering to address issues, expand discussion options, informative objective information and resources for citizens corporations governmental agencies or groups to gain vital information on railway improvement and benefit to rail line community business, Including Auburn, Washington Tactical Motivation for Aggressive opposition to railway business improvements.

ATD LINES speaker program provides citizen information and public comments to facilitating roundtable discussions on specific transportation issues and opposition tactics concerning "Railway Business Improvements and Coach Yard Planning", that would provide railway economic development access to passenger and freight rail business development along rail line community corridors.

In addition to providing speaker discussion about railway transportation priorities for citizens, corporations, business and governmental open comment and discussion of railway improvement issues with ATD LINES speaker concerning National Railway Projects. As current ATD LINES proposal is for Railway Business Car Coach Yard Improvements.

Providing speaker and audience comment to ATD LINES, would allow a greater amount of information to be exchanged for direction planning, along with knowledgeable citizen input for railway transportation experts and policy makers to be more informed on financial planning and federal agency resource direction, including private corporation capitalization to improve railway passenger industry services.
