Every 3 seconds Medical Facilities need a supply blood, yet less than 5% of United State Population Donates? Blood Donors and Hosiptal Blood Supplies are needed for the thousands of medical patients whom require blood transfusions. Bainbridge islander can help up build a supply of blood by giving just 1 pint of blood.

The demand for phlebotomy/Blood Draw & Donations Centers are expected to grow by 10% from 2021 to 2031. This growth is attributed to the aging population and increased demand for medical diagnostic labatory testing in healthcare. Bainbridge Island Community Phlebotomy Blood Draw Center can be an benefit to residents and attractive career as many phlebotomy enjoy independence and autonomy to improve patient care. Bainbridge Island needs a regularly available blood draw healthcare offices, offering phlebotomy services to improve patient care and Bainbridge Island community resilience. A forensic blood draw performed by a person credentialed as a medical assistant-certified or a medical assistant-phlebotomist is governed by chapter 246-827 WAC.

Establishing a Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club Phlebotomy Blood Draw & Donation Center for Bainbridge Island Medical Practice can be extremely beneficial to island community, Establishing basis towards improving the quality of islander's life, emergency disaster care and expanding Bainbridge island patient care, besides increasing ablility to enabling on-site laboratory blood draw services. However, the process of integrating phlebotomy services into Bainbridge Island Medical Facilities requires careful consideration and adherence to regulatory compliance and professional guidelines. Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club Phlebotomy Blood Draw Center Medical Practice will establish procedures to evaluate its resources and infrastructure to determine the level of staffing and equipment needed to support a Bainbridge Island Phlebotomy Station, including the availability of appropriate space, equipment, and supplies to support the Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club Phlebotomy Blood Draw Center.






Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club Blood Drive Partners are an essential part of the Emergency Management System "Saving A Life Emergency Network, connecting Community blood donors to medically needy people who need blood to survive. The Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club Premier Blood Partnership Program is designed exclusively for our Emergency Medical Institution Partners, to recognize, support and augmented commitment contribution to the communities and national blood supply.

The Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club Blood Drive Program offers recognition to our Community Business Leadership Sponsor Contributions to "Save A Life Campaign".

Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club "Save A Life Blood Drive" will become annual blood donation campaign, by hosting Bainbridge Island Community Drives and Recruiting Island Community Residents to "Save A Life Pint of blood".

When Bainbridge Islanders accept the "Save A Life Challenge" our community leadership grow, by impact medical Institution capacity to Save A Life. The real heros are the donors, who claim exclusive appreciation for giving the gift of life.

PRE-REGISTRATION

The Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club Blood Drive Partnerships need to know how many people have signed up to "Save A Life Pint" in the "Save A Life Blood Drive"". Once the registration goal has been archived, then The Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club Blood Drive Campaign will publicly announce the date and how to register and qualify for eligibility for blood donation with the chosen blood draw agency.

BASIC ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR DONATING BLOOD

  • Must be at least 16 years or older (under 18 bring a signed permission form ) from a parent or guardian.

  • Weigh at least 110 pounds. Certain height/weight criteria may apply for donors 22 years old or younger.

  • Be in good general health.

  • To ensure safety for a positive donation experience, make sure you eat within two hours ahead of your donation.

  • Bring your ID—something with your name and one of the following: date of birth, donor ID number or your photo.

  • Must wait eight weeks between whole blood donations.

  • You should not be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs at the time of donation.

    MADIGAN ARMED FORCES BLOOD BANK CENTER
    PACIFIC NORTHWEST (AFBBC-PNW)

    The Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club Armed Forces Blood Drive Partnership with Madigan Armed Forces Blood Bank Center is a tri-service organization that supports the blood requirements for four military hospitals. The Madigan Armed Forces Blood Bank Center ship blood weekly, which is ultimately delivered overseas to areas with high concentrations of deployed troops.

    The ASBBC-PNW wishes to thank Bainbridge Island Community and Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club Armed Forces Blood Drive Partnership to supporting the Armed Services Blood Program. Blood Drive Donations have helped to ensure the high quality care of active service members, veterans, military family members and deployed troops who are need of medical services.
