It is the policy of FORT WARD AMATUR RADIO Emergency Radio Communications, in order to protect lives and property, and in cooperation and coordination with other international-national-regional-statewide and local neighborhoods, communities, within governmental agencies to carry out emergency preparedness, radio communication planning, training exercises and mitigation activities, for intent to respond to natural, man-made and disasters emergencies, including participating radio communication coordination activities for recovery efforts.
