Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/Fwarc, was established on April 8, 2021 under Washington State Nonprofit Corporation and granted 501(3)c Status on September 18, 2021.

Project Impact:,

The grant mission of the Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club, Library Services is to participate in Amateur Radio/AR Fraternity by supporting educational through Fwarc Library Services, for Middle and High School Student, including general public to access Fwarc Library for academic interest in radio technology, electromagnetic research and electronic academic knowledge, for:

1). Non Commercial Educational/NCE FM Broadcast for Bainbridge Island Middle and High School,
2). Middle and High School Amateur Radio Student Studies,
3). College Student Studies or Research Interests In Electric-Electronic-Electromagnetic Engineering

Project Community Support:

Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club is working with Bainbridge Island High School on introducing student curriculum to organize:

1). Bainbridge Island High School Amateur Radio Club,
2). High School FM Radio Broadcast Station.

Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club is also working with Bainbridge Island:

1). Rotary Club,
2). Bainbridge Island Connection,
3). Chamber Of Commerce,
4). Not Limited Too.

Project Vision:

1). Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club, Library Services Intent is to provide a Library Services for the Bainbridge Island Community Residents and School District Students to have access to “Radio Technology and Engineering Publications”.

2). Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club, Library Services Purpose is to provide a source of publications, that will be available to general public and school students, to advance the capacity to research and study “Radio Electronic Technology and Electromagnetic Engineering", with in field and arts of Amateur Radio Fratnerity.

I, Louis Charles Hoffmann Alloin, founder of Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club, has been investing his limited personal funds, time and academic sagacity and Business expertise background to establish Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club.

Inaddition, Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club, Library Services, will have access to American Train Destination Lines, Federal Depository Print Library, publications from 1936-1997, there after electronic library services.

Goals & Objectives

The mission of the Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/"Proposed" FM NEC Broadcast Station to supports the development of new public radio services, with content and production focusing on electronic/electromagenitc engineering companies and Amateur Radio industry. New series of programming for which are underserved and unserved electronic/electromagenitc engineering companies, universities and Amateur industry audiences. This requires development of innovative content production

Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/FWARC "Proposed" FM NEC Broadcast Station is in need of:

1). FM radio Broadcast Transmiiter,
2). FM radio Broadcast support equipment,
3). Big Screen Monitor,
4). CPU Server,
5). FM Broadcast Antenna,
6). 100 Foot Tower,
7). Reference Books.

The grant funds from CPB Content and Production will be used for Fort Ward Amateur Radio Club/FWARC Creation of FM Broadcast Station on Brainbridge Island, Washington, with format toward Amateur Radio Industry. FM Broadcasst Station will focus on Amateur Radio Academics, electronic industry representation.

"Proposed" FM NEC Broadcast Station is dedicated to advancement of amateur radio fraternity knowledge, to engage in community public outreach, participate in community and amateur radio events, including foster school students amateur radio education.

With this grant, "Proposed" FM NEC Broadcast Station, Operations Centers will able and ready for offer great Amatur Radio Programing for wide diverse audience in Puget Sound, Pacific Northwest of Washington State and regional surrounding communities.
