Shipping rates are calculated during check-out. The method of shipment is USPS. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be impacted by weather, holidays, and other factors.
Returns & Replacements
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please enclose a note stating reason for return along with original receipt. All shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable. If an item is damaged during shipment please save all packing materials and email us immediately at shop@battleshipnewjersey.org. Please send returned merchandise and receipt to: Ships Store, Battleship New Jersey Museum and Memorial, 62 Battleship Place Camden, NJ 08103.
Refunds & Canceled Orders
Upon receipt of the returned item(s) or the request to cancel an order, a refund will be submitted. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
