Fort Ward Amateur Rado Club Veterans Day “Navy Veterans Bugle Call" service and sacrifice. As Islanders we must always maintain the vision for the future of Veterans. Putting the Veteran at the center, on Bainbridge Island Veterans Day we as a community continue to honor Fort Ward Army Post and Naval Radio Station all who served our nation in war time, while focusing on the next generation of Veterans.
Bainbridge Island Veterans continue contribution to American Society, not just during active duty. Throughout Bainbridge Island, Fort Ward History, Army and Navy service members have put on uniforms to protect and serve our
nation's, liberties and freedoms. Bainbridge Island Army and Navy Veterans take the experiences gained and continue service to our nation by strengthening Bainbridge Island Communities. Bainbridge Island Army and Navy Veterans become our community’s leaders, entrepreneurs and emergency services. Bainbridge Island Veterans active in volunteerism, working to improve island communities. Bainbridge Island Veterans Service goes beyond the uniform, as Bainbridge Island honor's the men and women who have worn the uniform proudly, who continue to serve our nation and island community.
