All persons with disabilities, include Jean Leanie Calliet Alloin Hoffman a 99.8 year old Bainbridge Island born, have a right to request or be provided a reasonable accommodation at any time, which Housing Resource Bainbridge has denied her over 6 years of occupancy, cause Jean to be crippled.

Under the Fair Housing Act, prohibited discrimination includes a refusal to permit reasonable accommodation, at the expense of the person with a disability or landlord, reasonable modifications of existing premises occupied or to be occupied by such person if such modifications may be necessary to afford Jean Alloin Hoffman full enjoyment of the premises under Housing Resource Bainbridge was denied for 6 years of occupancy.

Since rules, policies, practices, and services may have a different effect on persons with disabilities than on other persons, treating persons with disabilities exactly the same as others will sometimes deny persons with disabilities an equal opportunity to enjoy a dwelling or participate in the program. Not all persons with disabilities will have a need to request a reasonable accommodation, which Housing Resource Bainbridge had denied, causing bodily injures and extreme living hardship.

On June 19, 2019 Jean Leonie Calliet Alloin Hoffman and her Family Caregiver, Son Louis Charles Hoffmann Alloin, were forced against their will, then coerced to accept Housing Resource Bainbridge, a very small one room housing 204w, which was unfit/unsuitable showing signs of damage and appliances requiring replacement, for Jean's disability needs and requirements. During the showing of one room, Louis request reasonable accommodations for Stove (which was damaged) and the shower was requiring modifications, along with the fire escape was dangerous and unsafe to use, requiring significant building modifications, were denied with hostility toward resident.

Do to Housing Resource Bainbridge Abuse and Neglect, Jean experienced 3 life threatening injuries, requiring emergency hospitalization, do to denied reasonable accommodations. Including the fact that Housing Resource Bainbidge Property Managers made Jean remove Medical necessity devices and equipment, which included: Walker/Wheelchair,medical instruments & supplies, alon with medical bio-washer, to sanitize bodily infected fabrics, causing Jean and her son caregiver Louis to experience extremely dangerous bacteria infections, requiring month of medical treatment. Housing Resource Bainbridge Abuse and neglect included discrimination hostility against Jean passion for cooking, refusing to replace a non functional stove and refrigerator not working as intended, having to use microwave and later a hotplate to prepare meals, which is a necessity for good health basic needs and fair housing, equal opportunity was denied.

Both Jean and her son Caregiver Louis, need to evacuate ASAP, from a dangerous landlord and the organization that is supporting the abuse and neglect, who's wanton intent is harm and inflict injuries by denying reasonable accommodations. Housing Resource Bainbridge landlord, to reenforce the discrimination and indifference hatred toward Jean, was making false allegation, that are/were unfounded and unreasonable, only to serve as vehicle of prejudice.
