Michael L. Burshtin, PE will now be serving as the Amtrak Coordinator of Rolling Stock Engineering support for Private Car operations replacing Harold Weisinger who recently left Amtrak. As some of you may be aware, Michael himself has also been involved with private car ownership for several years and is a member of several rail organizations.
