Hi, just wanted to follow up as a railfan. We’re willing to barter for this event provided there are assurances that no money is being spent on media, or alternately we can work out a part barter/part cash arrangement. I’d like to help you promote the event.

Hi,
I received a call from Lewis about supporting NTD in 2011. We are supporting location stations with materials and will be providing a booth in Portland for this year’s event.
We are interested, yet as it is over 1 year from now, I recommend that you contact me in March of 2011 for this event.
Thanks,

Hello Louis
I have passed this email on to the Editor of British Railway Modelling and Traction magazine.
Could you please send more information, if available, regarding the full address where the event is to be held? The times of the event and the person to contact, if not yourself, with email address, telephone number and if the event is disabled friendly?
Kindest regards, Jean

Hi Louis,
Thank you for your interest in Qwest Field and Qwest Event Center. I wanted to give you an update per our phone conversation yesterday. Have the Seattle Train Day the first weekend of May in 2011 would be a great idea. Our event center is 165,000 square feet and should be able to accommodate all your needs. The base rental fee for that space is $14,000 per event day and $7,000 per move-in/move-out day. After talking with my sales manager, we decided we wouldn’t be able to promise you any space in the North parking lot. Prior to your show, we have a full stadium event that will be occupying the stadium for 2 full weeks, so we are pretty certain that we will have a Sounders match once that client leaves the building and we need to reserve that space for those clients.
Please let me know if you have any questions. In the meantime, please fill out the attached RFP with information about your event. Have a good weekend!

Please send information on this event. We have a model train layout that we
could exhibit. Additionally, we may be able to provide clinics on how to build
trees for layouts. We would require electricity to run the layout.
Thank you

Hello Louis,
My colleague Laurie Jones passed along your contact information to me and said you were interested in restaurant sponsorships for next year’s National Train Day in Seattle. I wanted to touch base with you about it. Please send me some information about your event and some ideas of what type of partnerships you might want to pursue.

Thank you for the follow up – we were confused that this request was for a paid participation! Of course we would love to have The 5th Avenue Theatre promoted and welcome train passengers to attend our events!
Unfortunately we don’t have any events between May 6 and 9th.
9 to 5 The Musical plays until April 24, Guys and Dolls starts May 14.
