ATD LINES has done significant development of "RAILWAY DOCKSIDE TERMINAL SERVICES" transportation projects for Seattle, Washington Waterfront Railway Track Access to Ship Passenger Terminals has been a major priority for near future implementation of Seattle Private Railcar Facility Operations, Event Train Carriers Services, Tour Train Services and special waterfront event programs for railway industry but wants to hear more from government agency, business corporations and citizens.

In the last year ATD LINES has been testifying before Seattle City Council and participating in open house public comments and Seattle transportation public hearings with Viaduct-Seawall Projects and discussion with Seattle City Council representatives having interest in railway improvements. This Speaker and Discussion Program can clearly provide information, resource planning and objective ideals to further business development of rail line community economic growth.

ATD LINES speaker and discussion services is designed to be informative to facilitate roundtable discussions on specific transportation issues for Railway Waterfront Services Development for Seattle, Washington, that would provide railway economic development access to rail line community business services and ship passenger industry.

In addition to providing comments about railway transportation priorities for Seattle, King County and Washington State, citizens and corporations can provide comment and discuss of railway improvement issues with ATD LINES Railway Waterfront Development Project Project. As current ATD LINES proposal is for railway traffic to:

Providing Speaker and Discussion with ATD LINES, would allow a greater amount of information for direction planning, along with knowledgeable citizen input for railway transportation experts and policy makers to make a more viable discussion on financial planning and federal agency resource direction, including private corporation capitalization to improve railway passenger industry services.
