Seattle Railroad Historical Society Non-Profit mission is to further scholarly academic understanding of Seattle's Railway History and interest in the Seattle's Railroad Historical Preservation and its past predecessor of railway historians who were stimulating and encouraging the collecting, researching, recording and preserving of all technical, historical and practical information concerning the Seattle's Railway History and to make this information available to interested persons. And to further the "accurate active modeling" to preservation and restoration of the Seattle Railway Heritage so that future generations may better appreciate and understand the Seattle's Railway History.
