EXECUTIVE AND FINANCIAL OFFICERS CODE OF ETHICS
I. Introduction:
The Board of Directors of American Train Destination Lines
Corporation, known as ATD LINES has adopted the following Code of Ethics that applies to ATD LINES Senior and Chief Corporate Executive, Financial and Controller Officers.
ATD LINES Code of Ethics sets forth the ethical standards that the senior and Chief Executive and Financial Officers shall follow which is intended
To constitute and comply within Item 406(b) of Regulation S-K of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
ATD LINES Code of Ethic is in addition to strengthen the Code of Conduct,
Which continues to apply to all employees, including the senior and Chief Executive and Financial Officers.
II. Purpose:
ATD LINES Board of Directors has developed and adopted Code of Ethics for the Chief and Senior Executive and Financial Officers to promote honesty, integrity and equitable ethical conduct; with full, fair, accurate, timely and understandable disclosure; and compliance with applicable governmental rules and regulatory compliance.
III. Responsibilities
ATD LINES Chief and Senior Executive and Financial Officers are expected to:
1). Promote and strengthen standards of honesty in ethical conduct and ethical decisions of actual or apparent conflicts of interest between personal and ATD LINES professional relationships;
2). Promote and strengthen viable reporting standards and equitable disclosure procedures designed to provide full, fair, accurate, timely and mutual understandings of disclosure reporting and documenting that ATD LINES will files with and submits to, the Securities and Exchange Commission and public communications;
3). Promote regulatory compliance and ATD LINES public safety standards with applicable laws, rules and regulations of international, national, federal, state and local governmental agencies policies;
4). Strengthen American Citizenry, leadership and ethical standards as a responsible individual at ATD LINES and with rail line communities;
5). Share academic knowledge and maintain or improve educational skills important and relevant to ATD LINES shareholders;
6). Strengthen positive interaction to:
(a) Encourage appropriate communications with ATD LINES supervisors, managers and other personnel in course of action in a particular or complex situation;
(b) Encourage public safety reporting of laws, rules and regulatory compliance violations to appropriate personnel;
(c) ATD LINES will not allow retaliation for good faith reports;
7). Act responsibly with reasonable commitment to public safety in a manner that promotes well being, good faith and American Leadership.
IV. Violations
ATD LINES Code of Ethic Violation is grounds for disciplinary action.
ATD LINES Code of Ethics is for all employees, executive and financial officers. It shall be the duty of all employees to promote good will, public safety and promptly report any violations or misconduct to:
