In a many phone interviews, ATD LINES Defense Attorney Jennifer F Apitz, who was appointed by the City of Auburn Court, refuses to assist ATD LINES, refusing to subpoena the railway industry representatives involved in business management affairs associated with case defense. Attorney Apitz has impose restrictive non communication rules between ATD LINES with wanton intent to obstruct capacity to act and refuses to impose the equal access to justices, knowing that the City of Auburn has unlimited funding to pursue malicious prosecution case against ATD LINES and BNSF has 8.3 Billion to protect wrongful policy violations and restrict economic development improvements. Apitz has impose reprimands against ATD LINES for case communications, within intent to misdirect ATD LINES.
Attorney Apitz, has no legal training in corporate business relations, nor railroads affairs, nor railway legal policy practices, which was the specific intent of Auburn Court to appoint incompetent defense council, with no defense budget. Apitz has refused to meet with ATD LINES Representative, nor provide discussion on defense planning nor unable to develop business dialog, as miss communication exist do to lack of attorney capacity to act. Attorney Apitz and the City of Auburn refuse to acknowledge ATD LINES as a lawful business enterprise , nor any of its affiliates, nor laws that protect business developing company's.
