Auburn, Washington, the local government has entered in to one of the most violent barbaric hate schemes every developed and implemented against a Lawfully organized American business. The Seattle Times calls it "chippy" Gus Melonas for BNSF calls it "difficult to image", BNSF Richard Russack, state contact "BNSF Resolution" they will correct the misunderstand and City Council Member, public safety, Nick Licata office representative is speechless.
However, Auburn Mayor and City Council are encouraging the human right violation and anti business relations to continue and escalate against ATD LINES, to prevent development of the Railway Business Car Services and hamper all ATD LINES capacity to effectively communicate with the international/national railway industry and trade industry development. Auburn Municipal Judges Patrick Burns, Curry, Siefkis and Stead are believed to be participating in the callous scheme, refusing to acknowledge ATD LINES and appointing defense attorney's that are incompetent, to obstruct justices.
The Auburn situation started May 2005 in BNSF Western Division offices of Jeannie Rose, as Mme Rose attempted to locate Gus Melonas, who could not be found. Returning day after day for an appoint to discuss the Railway Business Services requirements to locate a coach yard(s) and need to developed research reports that would support and effectively outline Seattle Railway Business Car Services. Since Mme Rose, could not locate Gus Melonas and was not responding to voice mail messages. The next corporate communications was with BNSF John Karl economic development, in which a very productive communications was established, outlining many possible coach yard local sites.
John Karl, discussed local area and made reference to South of Seattle, Auburn Area, ATD LINES thought to be out of range for major railcar traffic facility, ATD LINES discussed options for Coach Yard Registry sites. (John Karl office at Western Division Facility is located southeast area of the building and a corner cubical facing north wall.) ATD LINES Representative discussed need for "fact finding and photographs journalism survey" to identify properties of interest and to further BNSF-ATD LINES Communications. John Karl agreed, that photo journalism reports would help in board project alliance communications; handshaking to forge cooperative agreement and a god speed gestures for departure to begin Project Research and Locate Possible Coach Yard(s).
Between May to October, ATD LINES Railway News Services and Railway Imaging Services meet with BNSF Employees, NRPC Seattle station employees and manager, Port of Seattle Representatives, Dining Train Personnel, Sound Transit, WSDOT, SDOT, QUEST, Mariners, Boeing, Tully Coffee, BNSF Western Division Officers in the field and many more. BNSF Employees discussion was centered on Railway Business Car Services, railway problems and making recommendations, which were reported to Seattle City and King County Council Members, by phone interviews and full council (recorded & televised) testimony for Railway Improvement to Seattle, that would increase the effectiveness of Railway Business Car Service Operations and safety operations under "Operation Life" promotions for the city and rail line communities.
BNSF Seattle, Eastside and BNSF National System Network employees welcomed the Railway Business Car Services Project Representative's. Providing steering to local and national locations, safety tips, security protection and many invitations to office meeting and secured areas to have a firm understanding of the Seattle and National railway problems and obstacles to overcome, for successful operations of Railway Business Car Services and Railway Roadrailer Freight Services.
However, on August 5 or about, ATD LINES Representative became very ill, while heading to government locks for photography journalist assignment, "rail activity over Salmon Bay Bridge" and "UP Ballard Terminal Coach Yard Research". The ATD LINES Representative became painfully ill and sought help. Realizing that a BNSF Signal Corp was working at Mile Post 5.2 and that they had radios/cell phones and being members of railway employee industry, that BNSF would assist in EMR medical aid, but, unable to reach them, unable to get BNSF work crew attention. ATD LINES Representative just fell painfully sick just 30 feet off tracked and for 4 hours no BNSF Employee would make inquiry as to why a human being was just lying there, exposed in full view of BNSF Employees.
After 4 hours, BNSF Police found the ill ATD LINES Representative, demanding to see ID and to move away from tracks. ATD LINES Representatives advises BNSF Employee of illness and pain, requesting EMR medical aid, which was refused. ATD LINES Representative moved, but fell down some 100-200 ft away and lay there for another 4 hours in pain. Currently, ATD LINES Representative is under medical testing to find out the cause of the painful illness that affected speech and mobility. This was the only recorded event inwhich BNSF Employees failed to help railway industry personnel.
After a brief meeting with Dining Train Administrative Representatives and Ron Simm's executive office. The Lake Washington Short Line Research and Eastside Coach Yard Project was launched, keeping Gus Melonas, Rose and Karl updates phone messaging posted on ATD LINES Coach Yard Search for locations and contract management communications. Noting that Gus Melonas, John Karl, Jeannie Rose nor any BNSF Employee contact ATD LINES nor provided any objections to ATD LINES Project Research. Only praise and recommendation to proceed with project.
Then Comes, October 12, 2005, the Auburn Yard Search for possible site. Searching for a BNSF yard Master Office, to check-in, realizing that nothing existed, as ATD LINES last Auburn Yard Inspection was in 1981 for Swivel-X Manufacturing Facility. ATD LINES Representative in Auburn saw MOV Supervisory, who gives thumbs up signal and BNSF Employee drive by all giving the signal of thumbs up. Whether becoming increasing rainy and my last area before returning to Seattle? Asked directions from a citizen, as to location of bus stop. Pacing off 1500 feet to photograph the NRPC Cascade, Auburn rail yard back ground, searching for position angle and some photographic journalism images for "Operation Lifesaver". Auburn Police approach ATD LINES Representative while walking along highway searching for bus stop. ATD LINES Representatives provide Auburn Police, with ATD LINES Official International Railway Imaging Services Business Card and ID, shaking hands of introduction and providing detailed Railway Business Car Services Determinations, Guidelines, Mission Statement and BNSF Contacts. However, police started to violently verbal abuse (unlawful violation of RCW/WAC), threatening violence(very disturbing and chilling)(so foul, dehumanizing, disgusting was the verbal abusing it could not be repeated publicly) to ATD LINES Representative was humiliated. The Auburn Police Behavior instantly reminded ATD LINES Representative of Documentary Film Footage of German Nazi's Discovering a Jew, the behavior was exact and haunting that history could repeat itself.
Auburn City Government Representatives and officials are now attempting to create and fabricate hate malicious prosecution for researching and implementing Railway Business Car Service and other Railway Business Services. The believed intent and purpose of the City of Auburn is to prevent viable and equitable business communication with BNSF and railway supply industry, including testimony with Local, State and Federal Railway Officials and to mislead news services as to ATD LINES Objectives in National Railway Business Industry.
