Mayor Lewis has instructed Daniel B Heild to produce false and misleading information to further the City's Objectives

ATD LINES has discovered that the City Of Auburn has entered in to a contract with BNSF, thus the City and BNSF are stakeholder, inwhich the City is try to use ATD LINES as leverage to Prevent Railway Improvements, as Mayor Lewis and City council refuse to discuss railway improvements. Fostering deception and misleading information to obstruct justice. Jennifer F. Apitz has refused to assist ATD LINES, nor provide effective legal services and has been active in creating deception, by refusing to communicate with ATD LINES and refusing to prepare ATD LINES for legal confrontation with city.

Judge Burn, has been appointing council for defense, that are incompetent, having no training or education in railway affairs, nor corporate capacity to engage in law practices, as this is the strategy of the City to prevent viable communication, research and commerce in railway industry. This has the effect of corruption in the justice system and to control the out come of a judicial proceeding by means to promote and appoint incompetent person to positions they have no understanding..

What Auburn Mayor and Council has created is unfair competition, to restrict economic development, to prevent enterprise development and give competitive edge over one company for any other involved in the same industry. As well as restricting news services from reporting railway industry news, photographic journalism and railway research reports to limit the first amendment free speech act by utilizing the justice system and false reporting. Good Government and the dignity of the State and Good Business Relations demand correction which the Auburn City Government refuse to promote good Government Policies and Practices.
